Specific Guidelines

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

1. Detail and Color
- DTG printing is excellent for intricate designs with multiple colors. Ensure your artwork is detailed and vibrant.
- Avoid using gradients that blend too subtly, as they may not print well.

2. File Preparation
- Save your artwork at the correct print size with a resolution of 300 DPI.
- Use high-quality images to avoid pixelation.

3. Color Matching
- While we strive to match colors accurately, slight variations may occur. If color precision is critical, please provide Pantone color references.

Screen Printing

1. Vector Graphics
- Vector graphics (AI, EPS) are preferred for screen printing. These files are scalable and maintain quality at any size.
- Convert text to outlines/curves to avoid font issues.

2. Color Separation
- Each color in your design needs a separate screen. Limit the number of colors to simplify the process and reduce costs.
- Submit designs with clearly separated colors. Avoid using gradients and very fine details.

3. File Preparation
- Ensure your design is at the correct print size, with a resolution of 300 DPI if using raster images.
- Provide Pantone color references for accurate color matching.

Embroidery

1. Simplicity and Detail
- Embroidery works best with simple, bold designs. Avoid intricate details and fine lines.
- Large, solid areas of color and text larger than ¼ inch high work best.

2. File Format
- Embroidery requires a DST file. If you do not have your design in a DST file, we will need to convert it for you.
- DST Conversion Fee: The conversion to a DST file incurs an additional fee based on the size and stitch count of the design.

3. File Preparation
- Vector files (AI, EPS) are preferred. High-resolution PNG files are also accepted.
- Ensure the design is at the correct print size and in RGB color mode.

4. Color and Stitching
- Limit the number of colors to reduce complexity and cost.
- Our team will work with you to choose thread colors that best match your design.
