A few simple specs make the difference between a good print and a flawless one. Here's exactly how to prep your design for our DTG line.

We accept PNG, AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD. For a background-free print, send a PNG with a transparent background.
Resolution
300 DPI minimum for every image.
Low-resolution files print blurry or pixelated — always start with the highest quality you have.
Sizing your artwork
Size your design to the actual dimensions you want it printed, at 300 DPI.
Example: a 10" × 10" print should be 3000 × 3000 pixels.
Color
RGB or CMYK both work. We strive to match your colors, but slight variation can occur.
If exact color matters, include Pantone references and we'll match to them.
Artwork edits
We can't edit or adjust supplied artwork unless we rebuild it from scratch, which carries a small design fee. Our in-house team is happy to help — just ask.

Getting the most out of DTG
DTG loves detail and color
Direct-to-garment is built for intricate, full-color artwork — so bring your gradients, fine lines, and photographic detail. Just avoid gradients that fade too subtly into the garment, and always start from a high-resolution file so nothing pixelates. For critical brand colors, send Pantone references.

Zoom to 100% and make sure your design is sharp and clean.

Name your file
Use a clear name, like Company_Logo_DTG.png.

Start your order
Submit your details on the Start Your Order page; we'll follow up by email for your artwork at full resolution.

We review & confirm
Our team checks everything and reaches out if anything needs adjusting.
