Products and custom orders

Most of our products are custom-made to order from the artwork and specifications you provide. For custom apparel orders, you are responsible for approving any digital mock-up or proof we send and for supplying high-quality, print-ready artwork. Once a proof is approved and production begins, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but final printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration and fabric type.

Your artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that all artwork and designs you submit are owned by you or used with proper authorization. You retain ownership of your artwork; we use it solely to fulfill your order. We are not responsible for any intellectual-property infringement arising from materials you supply.

Pricing and payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities at our discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
