Most of our products are custom-made to order based on artwork and specifications you provide. Custom products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
For custom apparel orders, you are responsible for approving any digital mock-ups or proofs we provide and for supplying high-quality, print-ready artwork. Once a proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but final printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration and fabric type.
Intellectual Property & Submitted Artwork
You agree that all artwork and designs you submit to us for printing are either owned by you or used with proper authorization. You retain ownership of your custom artwork; we use it solely to fulfill your order. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from materials you supply.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
