The ink, film and powder we run on our own line.
Imperial Custom Apparel is a working print shop in Hollywood, Florida. Every roll, bottle and bag we sell has already been through our printers, so you are not testing a stranger's supplies on your customers' orders.
Three consumables. Nothing you do not need.
A DTF printer eats three things: ink, film and adhesive powder. These are the three we stock, in the sizes and grades a production shop reorders.

DTF Pigment Ink, 1 kg
Sold by the color, because white always runs out first. Dense white underbase in one pass, bright CMYK on top.

DTF PET Film, 100 m
Holds a white underbase without bleeding and releases clean. Single or double sided, instant peel or cold peel.

Hot Melt Adhesive Powder
The powder decides how the print feels and whether the edges hold. Match the grade to the garment instead of forcing one onto everything.
Text us your monthly ink, film and powder usage and we will put together bulk pricing and a reorder schedule that fits your production.
Four steps, three supplies.
Every DTF transfer goes through the same four steps. Each supply we sell is responsible for one of them, which is why a cheap version of any one ruins the whole print.
The printer lays CMYK color onto the film, then a layer of white ink over it so the design pops on dark garments.
Powder
Hot melt adhesive powder is shaken over the wet white ink and sticks only where there is ink. The grade sets the hand feel.
Cure
Heat melts the powder into a smooth glue layer. Good powder melts evenly. Bad powder clumps and leaves rough edges.
Press and peel
The transfer is pressed onto the garment and the film is peeled away, hot or cold depending on the film type.

Printed on our floor before it ships to yours.
The same supplies sit next to our Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS printers every day. If a roll of film gives us trouble, you never see it.
Cheap supplies cost more than they save.
Most reprints blamed on the printer are a supply problem. Here is what we see shops fight with, and what we did about it.
- Thin whiteTwo passes to cover black, stiff print, double the ink cost.
- Opaque in one passOur white lays a dense base on black garments in a single layer.
- Clogged headsPigment that settles and dries in the lines.
- Made for Epson i3200Matched to the head used in most production DTF printers.
- Static and curlFilm that jams the feed and sheds powder where there is no ink.
- Flat and cleanCoating holds the white underbase without bleeding and releases in one lift.
- One type for everythingHot peel film used on fine detail, cold peel used on fast runs.
- Four types, four widthsInstant or cold peel, single or double sided, 30 to 60 cm.
- Clumps and rough edgesUneven melt that cracks at the edge after a few washes.
- Even meltConsistent particle size so the glue layer cures smooth.
- Wrong grade for the garmentHeavy powder on a thin tee, fine powder on canvas.
- Five gradesFrom super fine for detail to anti sublimation for polyester.

Our floor, Hollywood, Florida
Not a warehouse. A shop that prints every day.
Most supply sellers have never run a DTF printer. We run ours alongside industrial Kornit equipment, so when a supply is bad, we are the ones eating the reprint. That changes what we are willing to put our name on.
Nothing goes on this page until it has run on our own printers.
Ask which film suits your printer and a printer answers, not a sales script.
The price you see is the price per unit. Final sale so we can keep it there.
Ultra fast shipping times, calculated at checkout, tracked the moment it leaves.

Answers before you order.
The questions we get most from shops switching suppliers, answered by the people who run the printers.
Text us the printer model and what you print most. A printer answers, not a sales script.
01Which printers is the ink made for?+
Our DTF pigment ink is formulated for Epson i3200 printheads, the head used in most production DTF printers. If your printer uses a different head, text us the model before you order and we will tell you whether it is a fit.
02What is the difference between instant peel and cold peel film?+
Instant peel film lets you lift the backing right off the press while the garment is still hot, which is faster for production. Cold peel film is peeled after the garment cools, which gives the cleanest edge on fine detail. Single sided film is coated on the print side only, and double sided is coated on both for flatter handling.
03Which powder grade should I use?+
Start with medium fine BC04 M. It suits thin films and most everyday garments, and it is what most shops run by default. Move to super fine for thin lines, super soft for lightweight garments, medium for heavy fabrics, and anti sublimation for polyester where dye migration is a problem.
04Which film width fits my printer?+
30 cm for A3 printers, 33 cm for A3 plus, 42 cm for A2, and 60 cm for A1 and wide format machines. Every roll is 100 meters long.
05Do you ship outside the United States?+
Yes. We ship worldwide with ultra fast shipping times. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and order size, and import duties are set by your country.
06Can I return supplies?+
No. DTF ink, film and powder are sold at wholesale pricing and are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us photos as soon as it arrives and we replace or refund it.
07Do you sell transfers or gang sheets here?+
Not right now. This store is for supplies: ink, film and powder for shops running their own DTF printers. If you need garments printed rather than supplies, our apparel printing side handles that through bulk orders.
