Methods
How we decorate apparel
Kornit DTG
Ink is sprayed directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. That gives photographic detail, unlimited colors, and a soft hand feel with no cracking or peeling. Best on cotton tees, crewnecks, and hoodies, and the most economical choice for small runs and single pieces.
DTF Transfers
Artwork is printed onto film and heat pressed onto the garment. This handles fabrics that DTG cannot, including polyester, blends, and performance wear, and stays vivid on any garment color. Common for jerseys, athletic wear, and workwear.
Embroidery
Real thread stitched into the garment, which never fades or peels. The standard finish for company uniforms and executive gifting. Available on hats, polos, bags, jackets, aprons, and beanies.

What is DTG printing?
DTG stands for direct to garment. A specialized printer sprays water based ink directly into the fibers of the garment, similar to how an inkjet printer works on paper. Because the ink absorbs into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it, the print stays soft and does not crack or peel the way a heavy screen printed or vinyl design can.
What is a Kornit printer and why does it matter?
Kornit is an industrial manufacturer of direct to garment printing systems used by large scale apparel producers. We run Kornit Atlas MAX PLUS machines. Compared with entry level DTG equipment, industrial Kornit systems deliver more consistent color, faster throughput, and single pass printing that includes pretreatment, which is what makes reorders match your first run.
Is there a minimum order for DTG printing?
No. We print single pieces as well as bulk runs. DTG has no screen setup, so a run of one costs the same per piece to set up as a run of five hundred. That is what makes it the right method for print on demand, sample pieces, and small batch merch.
DTG or screen printing, which should I choose?
Choose DTG for full color or photographic artwork, small runs, size runs, and designs with many colors, since there are no screens to set up and no per color charge. Choose screen printing when you are running very high volume of a simple one or two color design, where the per piece cost eventually drops below DTG.

What garments can you print on?
DTG works best on cotton and high cotton blends, which covers T shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and hoodies. We stock Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Shaka Wear. For polyester, blends, and performance fabrics we use DTF transfers instead, and for hats, polos, bags, and jackets we use embroidery.
What print placements do you offer?

Do you do bulk and corporate orders?
