Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single piece or as many as you need. For 24 or more of the same design, ask for a bulk quote.
What files can I upload?
PNG or JPG. A PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest. Aim for 300 dpi or at least 2000 px on the longest side. Not sure your file will print well? Email info@imperialcustomapparel.com and we check it.
Can I add a back print or neck label?
Yes. Tick Back print (+$10) or Inside neck label (+$3.50) under the buttons before you add the hoodie to your cart. The editor sets up your front design; after checkout we email you to collect the back or label art and confirm placement before we print. For sleeve prints, text (954) 280 0627.
How long does it take?
Every piece is printed to order in our Miami, Florida shop and ships in 2 to 3 business days with tracking. Text (954) 280 0627 if you need it by a certain date and we will tell you what is possible.
Shipping and returns
We ship anywhere in the US, with rates calculated at checkout. Because each piece is made just for you, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or below our standards, we reprint it or refund you.
