Why most wholesale DTF suppliers require case quantities, what no minimum order changes for your shop, how single unit wholesale pricing works, and how replacement works.
Searching for wholesale DTF supplies usually ends the same way: you find wholesale pricing, then you find the minimum order that goes with it. A case of twelve film rolls, a set of five ink bottles, a pallet of powder. We run it differently. Every item in the DTF supplies we stock in Miami is sold at wholesale pricing with no minimum order, from one bottle of white ink to twenty rolls of film. Here is why most wholesalers require case quantities, what no minimum changes for a working shop, how our pricing is built, and how final sale and damage replacement work.

Why most wholesale DTF suppliers require case quantities
- They import by the container and sell by the case. Breaking a case into single rolls means repacking and more labor per dollar of sale.
- Their pricing tiers assume volume. The quoted wholesale price is the case price; single units are unavailable or marked up to retail.
- Their warehouse is built for pallets. Picking one bottle of magenta is slower than shipping the set.
- They want to filter out small accounts. A minimum order keeps the customer list to shops that order in bulk.
For a one or two printer shop the result is predictable: tie up cash in a case of everything, or buy single units at a markup from a reseller. Neither is a wholesale price for the quantity you use.
What no minimum order changes for a DTF shop
You order to your consumption, not to a case
A one printer shop uses about one white bottle and two film rolls a month. With no minimum, that is the order: no case of twelve rolls picking up humidity on a shelf, no $1,500 outlay to start. Our monthly budget article works through what that consumption looks like at one and three printers.
You restock the one thing that ran out
White ink runs out two to three times faster than any CMYK color on dark garments. Because we sell ink by the color at $50 per 1 kg bottle, a white restock is one bottle, not a five bottle set with four colors you did not need.
You test before you standardize
Changing film type or powder grade should start with one roll or one 1 kg bag. With no minimum, a test is a line on your regular order rather than a separate purchase at retail.
Your cash stays in the business
Consumables are a monthly operating cost, and no minimum lets you treat them that way. Money that would have sat in a case of film can go to blanks or a second press.
How our wholesale pricing works at a single unit
Our prices are the same for one unit or a case, posted on the product pages rather than hidden behind an account application. Current pricing is on the product page; at time of writing:
| Product | Unit | Price | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| DTF pigment ink (cyan, magenta, yellow, black, white) | 1 kg bottle, sold by color | $50 | One bottle, any color |
| DTF PET film (hot peel, cold peel, single or double sided; 30, 33, 42, 60 cm) | 100 meter roll | $85 in every width and type | One roll |
| Hot melt adhesive powder (five grades) | 1 kg | $2.80 | One bag |
| Hot melt adhesive powder | 2 kg | $5.60 | One bag |
| Hot melt adhesive powder | 5 kg | $14 | One bag |
| Hot melt adhesive powder | 20 kg | $56 | One bag |
Two things to notice. Powder is $2.80 per kilogram at every bag size, so 1 kg buyers pay the same rate as 20 kg buyers. Film is one price regardless of width, so a 60 cm roll costs the same as a 30 cm roll with twice the printable area. That is unbeatable pricing for a small shop and still a strong price for a large one.
How does single unit pricing work? We are a Miami custom apparel company that stocks DTF consumables for shops around us and across the country. We hold the inventory here, ship from Miami, and keep the catalog short: one ink, one film in a few types and widths, one powder in five grades. A short catalog and local stock make single unit orders cheap to pick and pack, so no minimum is needed.
Bulk pricing by text for multi printer shops
No minimum does not mean no volume discount. Cost per piece falls with quantity for shops that reorder regularly, and bulk pricing is available by text for multi printer shops. How it works:
- Text (954) 280 0627 with your monthly volumes: ink bottles, film rolls and kilograms of powder, plus widths and grades.
- Our team quotes a bulk price for a standing monthly order or a one time large order.
- You still order what you need when you need it. The bulk price is tied to your volume, not a case count on every order.
The shops that benefit most run two or more printers, use four or more film rolls a month, or buy powder by the 20 kg bag. If that is not you, the posted price already is the wholesale price.
Final sale, explained plainly
Our supplies are final sale at wholesale pricing. Here is exactly what that means and what it does not.
What final sale means: once a correct, undamaged order arrives, we do not take it back because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong width or want a different powder grade. Consumables cannot be resold once they leave our stock, and pricing without a return margin built in is part of why the posted price is as low as it is.
What final sale does not mean: you do not carry the risk of a damaged or wrong shipment. That is on us.
So check the width your printer takes and the film type you want before you order, and if unsure, text us first. We would rather spend five minutes confirming you need 33 cm hot peel double sided than ship a roll you cannot use. Our film width guide and powder grades guide are written to answer those questions before checkout.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: replaced or refunded
Anything that arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered is replaced or refunded. The process is short:
- Open the box the day it lands and check every item against your order.
- If a bottle leaked, a roll is crushed, a bag is split or the width or grade is wrong, photograph the item and packaging.
- Email the photos and your order number to info@imperialcustomapparel.com that day, or text (954) 280 0627.
- We send a replacement or issue a refund.
The one thing we ask is the same day photo. Shipping damage claims depend on seeing the item as it arrived, so a photo a week later is much harder to act on. Keep the packaging until the issue is closed.
Defective means the product does not perform as described: ink that will not resuspend, film with a coating fault, powder that arrived clumped in a sealed bag. Problems from storage after arrival, such as powder left open in a humid room, are not defects.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy wholesale DTF supplies with no minimum order?
Yes. Imperial Custom Apparel DTF Supply sells DTF pigment ink, PET film and hot melt powder at wholesale pricing with no minimum order. You can order a single bottle of white ink, a single 100 meter roll of film or a single 1 kg bag of powder at the same posted price as a larger order.
Why do most wholesale DTF suppliers require case quantities?
Most wholesalers import by the container and sell by the case, so breaking cases costs them labor and packaging. Their pricing tiers assume volume and their warehouses are set up for pallets. A minimum order also filters out small accounts. We hold stock in Miami with a short catalog, which makes single unit orders practical.
Is wholesale DTF supplies pricing the same for one unit as for a case?
With us, yes. Ink is $50 per 1 kg bottle sold by color, film is $85 per 100 meter roll in every width and type, and powder is $2.80 per kilogram at every bag size from 1 to 20 kg. Cost per piece still falls for shops that reorder regularly, and multi printer shops can text for bulk pricing. Current pricing is on the product page.
What does final sale mean on DTF supplies?
Final sale means a correct, undamaged order is not returned for a refund if you change your mind or ordered the wrong width or grade. It does not mean you carry the risk of shipping damage. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or wrong is replaced or refunded when you email photos the day it lands.
